History

My career as a Stylist started In the Current Place I am now renting space at.(Peaches Salon) I worked in a few salons in Other cities before Returning back to Chesterfield/New Baltimore area. I settled in at G.Alena's Salon for 11+ years . Dove into my craft learning in depth . Many classes and tons of Education( I even traveled to learn how to be an Educator )although discovering that wasn't for Me it was a great experience to discover what I didn't want . Here I am full circle in the same Salon Peaches running my own Business . Allowing me a flexible schedule to be the best I can be for my clients and my Family.

Specialties

I have my own unique and personal style that I bring to the salon floor. I believe that as a hair designer it is my job to help bring out and express unique and personal style in each individual client I serve. Most importantly it is a job that encompasses staying true to yourself as well as your clients. Attended Beauty Blue Water College of Cosmetology during her senior year of high school and was licensed one year later in 1999. She has continued her education. She has attended some of the Midwest Beauty Hair shows that provide some various color, haircutting, and hairstyling. Mandy attended a 2 day Seminar educated by Michael Cole. This 2 day seminar was an enlightening and eye opening experience that help reignited a deeper passion for the industry than she previously had. Providing a Great not Good experience is what she strives to provide. She is a Eufora Elite team Member for G.Alena's Salon. This requires her to attend a minimum of 3 classes a calendar year, that are through Eufora. In the last few months of 2011 in addition to Eufora on-going education she has also taken Glo Minerals makeup education, Color class for All-Nutrient Color and LOX Extensions. (all are offered @ G.Alena's Salon) Services I perform are.. Color, color correction, dimensional color, highlights, haircuts, facial and body waxing- brazilian , bikini, back, legs, ears, nose, lip, eyebrow. Hair extensions, Hair Fusion Hilights.
