Dr. Fakih is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and the founding physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates. A native Michigander, she received her bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in Pharmaceutical Sciences and her medical degree from Michigan State University. She completed her residency at Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital Ann Arbor.
