Steven Jaeger, M.A., CCC-SLP

Amy Stier graduated from Kellogg Community College with an Associates Degree in Nursing. She continued her education at Goshen College where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. She holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. She is a certified wound specialist. Her professional experience includes wound care, urgent care, case management, hospice care, and numerous nursing roles. Stier joined Oaklawn in 2021.

Oaklawn has a team of speech pathologists well versed in treating both adult and pediatric populations. They see patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Our speech pathologists brings extensive experience and expertise in Parkinsonian speech and swallowing disorders, and Acquired Speech and Language disorders, as well as being certified in LVST “Big and Loud” designed to treat patients with Parkinsons Disease.

Jen joined Oaklawn in 2007, and worked in various capacities while working towards her degree. She received her Master of Science degree for Occupational therapy from Western Michigan University in 2012. Jen worked in a wide variety of internships including: sub-acute rehabilitation, pediatric trauma assessment, hand therapy, and adult outpatient services. She has since focused her continuing education on outpatient orthopedics with emphasis placed on hand therapy. Jen has become a certified provider of LSVT BIG – a program designed for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological disorders (www.lsvtglobal.com).
