"Don't let your dreams be dreams" Jack Johnson. When Kevin Irwin was four years old, he got his first taste of reality in an event that would shape him well beyond his years. He entered the hospital to have four non-cancerous tumors removed, and came out with the will to survive and a drive to succeed. Since that day, he has never lost that drive, and realizes that dreams were never meant to sit on a shelf.Kevin grew up as the eldest of 6 kids, and developed a love for video games, mechanics, and racing cars. His first job was in the mechanics division at Caterpillar, where he worked for six years. Although he loved the job, he knew he wanted more out of life, and to get that, he'd need to dream even bigger. Then, one day a conversation with a hairdresser would change his life direction. She mentioned Dave Ramsey, and his financial makeover programs. Kevin immediately picked up the book, and it changed the way he looked at money and success. He knew some of the most successful people in the world were in some type of sales. So, he began to look into real estate.On October 31, 2017, he got his real estate license and began to help everyone he could to achieve the American dream of home ownership. He was determined to go to the ends of the earth to get their deals done, no matter the transaction. He had finally found his place. He focused on problem-solving and successful negotiations to help his clients achieve the American Dream of opportunity, possibility, and their perfect next home. He became so successful at it, that within just a few short years, he became a team leader and recruited five agents and three administrative staff to work alongside him. And that's exactly how he and his team of top notch agents became known as the American Dream Agents.Today, Kevin and his team assist upsizers & downsizers who are seeking a home & life for their own American dream.
