This Starbucks is just subpar. The one in Plymouth is way better customer service and drink quality.

My teenage daughters asked for a drink without coffee, as they don't drink coffee. The guy was rude, disgruntled, and took it out on them. Starbucks lost a customer today.

Some servers are really slow, and absent minded at times, if starbucks didn't have standards, everything would be a mess. I just dont like the wait, but loves starbucks
