I got a Carmel Ribbon Crunch frap and when I got my drink there was no Carmel just coffee and whipped cream (ew) and the baristas didn't even try!!! If you're going to work atleast be good at it.

I ordered a grande cappuccino made dry, the guy got it wrong, made it again, and I drove off and it was wrong again. Lindsey the manager reassured me to come back and let her make it with her...
