Guy who waited on me was doing Multiple orders so while I was waiting to pay he hadn't even rung up the order - I needed to use the restroom so did that - WHY is there a code to use this...

I stopped by here today on my way to Kalamazoo. I was about midway through my drive and wanted to stop somewhere to use the bathroom. A friend who makes the Kalamazoo trip often recommended this...

Always makes pmy coffee the way I like it. Would love for them to chit chat like they used to. They're not unfriendly, just busy! Music is a bit to loud!

The drinks and cake pop were great! But hire some better staff. They were slow. Sat in the line 40 minutes before even getting our drinks. Maybe I shouldn't have gave it 2 stars. Maybe 1.

The customer service here is a complete joke. Every time I come in (even when it's not busy) no one so much as acknowledges my presence. I dread coming in here. I only stop in when I'm desperate!!!
