History

After getting laid off after 15 years of teaching at-risk youth though Hazel Park Schools (HPAE & OCJ, non-union), I discovered my second purpose in life: teaching sports (VB, SUP, Boot Camp) and nutrition to all those who hope to better their lives with little effort. Most people soon lose interest in their doctor's advice of diet and exercise. I make both so easy and fun that you'll regret only not having found us sooner.
