Montgomery Gillard, MD, FAAD, FACMS, is a board-certified dermatologic surgeon. Dr. Gillard specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatologic surgery and cosmetic dermatologic procedures/surgery. He has a clinical interest in skin cancer and is an expert in the management of skin cancer, including Mohs micrographic surgery and soft tissue reconstruction following Mohs micrographic surgery. Dr. Gillard is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is also a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery. He is medical director at Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Dermatologic Surgery.

The physicians and staff at Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Pediatrics - Arbor Park are pleased that you have selected our practice. We are committed to providing your child with the highest quality pediatric care and giving your family the best possible service. If you are interested in learning more about our practice, we offer monthly meet the provider nights. We provide important health maintenance services for children of all ages and take care of infant, childhood and adolescent illnesses. Health maintenance visits include regular physical exams, immunizations, and the monitoring of growth and development. We also review your child's school performance, psycho-social development, and the well-being of your family. Our practice promotes regular check-ups and prompt treatment of illnesses to prevent health problems following the guidelines of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Pediatric nurse practitioners are an integral part of our practice. They perform health maintenance examinations and provide limited, supervised care for minor illnesses. They have extended specialized post-graduate education and are highly trained to examine children and counsel parents on growth and development. We practice in conjunction with the Bright Futures guidelines and the health care needs of each patient. Information about the Bright Futures guidelines can be found below. As a practice, we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to our patients and families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Maternal-Fetal Medicine - Arbor Park is dedicated to treating women with high-risk pregnancies to provide a healthy life for mothers and babies. Maternal-fetal medicine physicians, also called perinatologists, are obstetricians who specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care of expectant mothers and their developing babies, who may be at high risk for special health problems. Women are generally referred to a maternal-fetal medicine specialist by their obstetrician or by an infertility specialist because he or she sees a potential for a pregnancy-related health concern or because a problem develops during the pregnancy. In most cases, you will continue care with your current prenatal care provider and the team at MFM will work hand-in-hand with them to develop a plan of care tailored to your personal needs and medical history. However, if it is best to transfer your maternity care to our office we will be pleased to partner with you for your prenatal care and promptly communicate to your referring provider all test results and recommendations. Our practice, following the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) guidelines, supports vaccination for all persons pregnant, lactating and trying to conceive.
