S.S. City of Milwaukee, the last of six sister ships crafted in the 1920s by Manitowoc Shipbuilding in Wisconsin, rests in Manistee, Michigan. Offering tours and the opportunity to stay overnight from May through early September, it also functions as a venue for special events and features a charming bed and breakfast setup. Every Friday and Saturday in October, it transforms into the spine-chilling Ghost Ship Haunted House at 7:30 pm.

The USCGC Acacia, a seagoing buoy tender among the 39 built for the US Coast Guard between 1942 and 1944, is another captivating maritime attraction available for tours and facility rental. Decommissioned in 2006 and acquired by SPSSCOMNHL in Spring 2009, this historic vessel offers a glimpse into its rich maritime past and the dedicated service it provided over the years.
