Terrible because it is always so busy and the wait time is ridiculous. Sparrow really needs to extend lab hours because this one is one of the few open "late" (6pm, so good luck getting there in...

If I could give a negative 5 I would! First before July I would go here monthly for my labs, in July and hardly never any waiting.I had to wait 30 minutes in July...ok. Took my 83 year old mother...
