Grand Rapids Ophthalmology is the largest fully-integrated eye care medical group in the region. We offer a full suite of eye care services from routine eye exams, contact lenses, and glasses to the most advanced medical and surgical treatments such as LASIK, cataract, cornea, retina, glaucoma, oculoplastics, pediatric, and both cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid surgery.

Dr. Kara Krupp, OD, specializes in routine eye care at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology's Ionia location. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Grand Valley State University and her Doctor of Optometry from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University. Dr. Krupp completed internships at the Michigan College of Optometry-University Eye Center and Caledonia Vision Center, along with externships at Andersen Eye Associates, Michigan State University's Department of Neuro-Ophthalmology, Dewitt Optometry/Carefree Medical Eye Clinic, and Okemos Optometry. She is a dedicated member of the American Optometric Association, Michigan Optometric Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honors Society.

David Den Braber, OD, hailing from Ferris State University and Michigan College of Optometry, provides a range of eye care services. Specializing in routine eye care, contact lens fitting, and ocular disease management, he ensures patients receive the care needed to maintain optimal eye health.
