Southpointe Square Apartments

Not a terrible place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves.

Only thing good was the people. Front office and maintenance were very on and off, almost never come on the days they say, fixing things incorrectly, and took them 2+ years to fix a cabinet...

Beware! Do not move into a first-floor apartment. There is zero soundproofing between the first and second floors. You will hear every single footstep above you. Defiently not worth $1400+ a month.

This deserves a ZERO star review. Went yesterday AND today (6-1 and 6/2) to see if the pool was open and it was not! I seen people in the pool last weekend (5/25 and 5/26).

Would rate zero stars if possible. Lived there for 4 years started off fine but management and maintenance got progressively worse. There's only one washer n dryer in the basement that the whole...
