Southern Mi Obedience Training
Southern Michigan Obedience Training Club (SMOTC) is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1948, dedicated to the training and instruction of dogs and their owners. As the only AKC Member Obedience Club in Southeastern Michigan, SMOTC prides itself on its team of unpaid volunteers who share a passion for canine companionship and the sport of dog training.
The club's primary objective is to teach effective training methods that foster the development of better Canine Companions. SMOTC welcomes dogs of all breeds, including mixed breeds, to participate in a variety of activities such as AKC Obedience Competition, Rally, Tricks, and Therapy Dog work.
