Asked how long for a trim. Was told 45 minutes, but they closed sooner than that. There was one person on the list (you can see it) and one person getting a cut. Anyway, she clearly wanted to go...

I needed my 7 year olds hair washed and styled they wanted 26 something this just styled no cutting. Cost cutters $11.... I do this often I have never seen a place try to change so much
