Greetings! We are a condominium association that allows owners to rent if they so desire. We offer 1, 2, 3, & 4 luxury bedroom units. We are the only resort in South Haven with direct beach access, and in addition to 1,000 feet of private beach, we offer an olympic size heated swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, 2 pickelball courts, 4 basketball courts, shuffleboard, putting green, volleball & badminton! We also offer additional amenities such as a great children's activity program, yoga on the beach & tennis clinics.

There is no beach. We never received notice that the beach is gone due to the high lake levels. You have to drive to the public beaches to enjoy the beach. Grounds are still kept up and the pool...
