The brainchild of Alinea Chicago's former sommelier and Big O's owner Bernie Kersten, Sidebar opened it's doors in August of 2015. Offering an inviting and intimate speakeasy style environment, Sidebar specializes in handcrafted cocktails, including many modern and classic imbibements, as well as a variety of signature beverages designed and curated in-house.
