When I got to the counter to check out the cashier didn't even acknowledge me. She scanned the shoes and told me the total, bagged them up and gave me the back. No hello, no thank you, no smile....

The employees are very friendly but the announcements are very annoying because they say the same thing after every song about signing up for their shoe perks. Never going back
