Shine

History

While working as a facilities technician at a local community college, Shine's founder Garrett Godsey was faced with the loss of his job when the college decided to outsource custodial services. With a young daughter at home and a family to feed, he decided that his work ethic and dependability had gained the respect of the decision makers at the college. Garrett then formed a company with some of his co workers and submitted a bid. He won the bid, and the company was off to good start. Over the next two years he signed multiple contracts with other companies, tripling his staff, equipment, and revenue.
