History

We opened in the fall of 2010 and we wanted to open this small Fitness studio to help teach others that fitness can be fun and you can love working out without getting bored on the treadmill. I use to hate working out until I found Turbo Kick so thats why I wanted to share my passion for this workout with others!

ATTN We are no longer open at this time but contact Mindy Wender and she will give you details on where to take a LIVE class! We are a Fitness Studio or Center that offers the hottest group fitness class around Turbo Kick. Turbo Kick can burn up to 1,000 calories an hour and gets you results fast! We also offer at home options to use when you are not coming to class live and have Shakeology meal replacement shake for our customers who are serious about their health and weight loss goals.
