Who gave this company a monopoly over Metro Detroit's gas utilities? They operate like a sketchy trash company. They clearly have no ability to process credit card payments properly and shut off...

If I had literally any other choice of energy providers, I'd choose them over Semco. More expensive than Consumers Energy and their customer service is rude, dismissive and unhelpful.
