The School-linked PAWS/CAHC program promotes the health of adolescents and their families by providing important primary, preventative and early intervention health care services. By providing high-quality, accessible and acceptable youth services, we help them achieve the best physical, mental and emotional health. Our services through PAWS include primary and preventative care, comprehensive health assessments, sports and camp physicals, chronic disease management, health education and many more.

Visit our urgent care locations in Elkhart, Goshen, Granger, Michigan and South Bend, or opt for virtual urgent care video visits. In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.Urgent care sites remain a very safe and effective option for treating minor health concerns. Our MedPoint locations also treat the following conditions: •Sprains, strains, minor joint pain or injury, broken bones•Flu-like symptoms; fever, sore throat, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting•Colds, sinus pain, pressure and congestion, allergies•Pink eye•Rashes, allergic reactions, bug bites•Minor cuts and burns•Sutures and suture removal•DOT/CDL physicals•Sports physicals•X-rays and lab point-of-care testing•Other non-life-threatening conditionsAt MedPoint Urgent Care you can choose the time you'd like to come in, and we'll save your spot in line. Our teams strive to provide prompt service whether you walk in or use Save My Spot, a feature to join a waiting list. Bring your insurance card and photo ID, and expect a call or text from MedPoint for pre-registration. When you add your name to the list at a MedPoint location, you'll receive an estimated arrival time. Please note, this is not a guarantee, and wait times depend on the total number of patients and the severity of their conditions. Patients with more urgent needs may be seen before those with less serious problems, even if they arrived later. Walk-ins welcome during business hours.
