Sbarro - Twelve Oaks

Yesterday at noon lunch service was horrible. 12 Oaks .. had to watch her fill the lettuce, the veggies, the croutons etc..as she looked her shoulder and I stood there waiting to place my order...

I don't do this often, however the lady working the counter was extremely rude. I came 10 minutes before opening (unknowingly) and she said they open at 11. No problem! I waited around and came...

The lady's at the register are terrible wouldn't give me a second to think while no one was in line. She slammed her tongs on the counter very unprofessional will never come here again.

I'd be pretty embarrassed if I were the franchise owner and this was the food that was getting served. I never expect much from Sbarro but I did expect a little better than charred and dry food...

Worst fucking service ever. Got here at 7:00 it said it was open till 8. They had the entire place shut down and I waited till someone came out to talk to them. They said they closed at 6 when...
