Sandston Corp

Sandston Corporation has no revenue generating activities, but is engaged in the design, manufacture and marketing of factory automation products, such as computer hardware and software products. Prior to April 1, 2004, the company was named Nematron Corporation. Nematron's industrial computers and terminals were labeled industrial control computers and industrial workstations, which are ruggedized computers with built-in displays, keyboards or other forms of operator interface used by operators in industrial processing and in factory floor environments to monitor and control machine and cell level operations. Nematron's software products were sold to industrial users for direct machine control, supervisory control, operator interface and data acquisition and transmission. Sandston Corporation is located in Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
