I go to Russ' for takeout. I often will pick up chicken and rice when my wife isn't feeling well. It always seems to make "hit the spot"

The soup on the soup and salad bar was cold. My friend got this steak thing and they did not cook it the way she wanted and she had to send it back. But the manager and the waitress were nice
