The type of care you get at this doctors office is amazing from the front desk people who help you sign in to the nurses to check your blood pressure before the doctor comes in everybody who works...

Second rate. Front desk is surly....doctor males you wait 45 in waiting room, then another 30 on patient room (at least).

You have to wait for a long time (2+ hours) after scheduled time to be attended by doctor. And billing is a mess - I have received bills even after I set up a payment plan. I talked to billing...

This place use to be good with Dr Fermil and Dr Tran. Front office not helpful. Always late to be seen for 45 mins to 1 hour or more and they don't even tell you what's causing all the delay....
