History

Our business was established in 1966 as McDevitt Management Company. In 1986, real estate broker, and property manager, Judy Reynolds bought the business and changed its name to Reynolds Management Inc. In 2003, Judy hired Jay Horsfall as Reynolds Management's full time licensed contractor. From 2006 to 2008 Judy trained Jay as a real estate agent, broker, and property manager. In 2008, businessman, contractor, and real estate broker, Jay Horsfall bought Reynolds Management Inc. from Judy Reynolds. Today we have an expansive vision for growth and continued improvement to help our property owners become more profitable and our tenants be increasingly satisfied with our service.
