We started our staging business when the real estate market was in the tank. We learned a lot about how to stage a house on a budget because of this. We have learned not to be too trendy. We may follow the styles,..but they don't dictate the look. Each home is different, and we have helped many people feel more confident that we can still give a WOW factor to their property.

Specialties

Renaissance Home Staging specializes in transforming homes into showcases. We work with mostly vacant homes,..but have had huge successes in occupied homes as well. Our goal is to work with property owners in the East Valley, but have helped a number of people in the West as well. We work with many budgets, and try to accommodate sellers needs. We know how stressful selling a house can be, but we generally will ease the fears at the reveal. Often we hear sellers tell us that they never imagined their homes could look that way. The emotional attachment to what they envision disappears, and knowing they are now marketing a product begins. We area fairly easy to work with, because we know that staging a home is only part of the formula to selling a home quickly. The right photographers, agents, and pricing all are critical components, and we've helped sellers with many of them.
