They have no idea how to help people. Complete waste of our time. I was told to put my grievances in a box and put them away. That is a terrible way of dealing with pain. They are not helpful....

This is a very high pressure atmosphere with the emphases on making money. There is not a feeling of concern for the health of the patient. The concern is slanted toward how your going to pre-pay....
