I would think and re think before renting from REDWOOD LIVING Maple Square in howell. Where to begin, lets start with they come across as very expensive apartments however they have no sprinkler...

An absolute nightmare, they threaten and try to control the residents even if you do nothing wrong!!! that is why they have so many units available!!!

Not good at all, poorly manged to say the least, poorly built nothing but problems, no irrigation system dead unsightly grass and landscaping, cracked streets and sidewalks. Empty promises...

If I would have been able to see the actual apartment before signing the lease, we would not have signed. We were only shown online (which looks amazing, of course) and then our apartment upon...

When I went to the Bahamas it flooded and grew mold. After we used our own fans and dehumidifiers, we found it. Still had to pay rent and could not terminate the lease early (like 18 days early)....
