Clueless manager in the Lansing/Saginaw rd. store. Have a problem with 2 month old boot and the moron doesn't even know that Red Wing covers a 12 month warranty. Product pushers is all that store...

Went in looking for a pair of work gloves. Not to difficult, if you can get by any other store, please do so. Poor customer service. I understand when a business is busy. That's not the issue....

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at this Red Wing location! I was ready to come to this Lansing store from 50 minutes away to replace a current pair of work boots. I'm so glad...
