Real Estate One

Founded in 1919, the Johnstone family established a tradition of trust and service that continues today. The company was first led by W. Gordon Johnstone and later his son, Peter Johnstone. Contributing to Johnstone & Johnstone's record sales were mergers with two other Grosse Pointe companies: R.G Edgar and Associates and Champion & Baer. ln 1995, Johnstone & Johnstone joined the Real Estate One Family of Companies, another long established family-owned company. Today, the Real Estate One Family of Companies is the largest broker in Michigan and consistently ranks in the top 10 of brokerages nationwide.
