This is a billiard hall, this review seems to have forgotten that and the sign on the building doesn't have the name "Rail House" on it.

We had to literally work our way around two guys smoking right and I mean right at the front door to get in. All we could smell in the vestibule and inside the front door was cigarette smoke....
