Quickdoc Urgent Care

Dr. Rachel Matthews specializes in obstetrics and gynecology with a focus on obstetrical care including prenatal, delivery and postpartum care. In addition to annual gynecological exams, she focuses on pre-conception counseling, and treatment of uterine fibroids. Dr. Matthews is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati and completed her residency at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, MI. She is a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Matthews's patient care philosophy: "I believe that understanding your needs as an individual will make the difference in providing exemplary personalized medical care. I want to know how your beliefs in life affect your goals for treatment. We will work together to create a plan that is both safe and effective, but also that my patient is comfortable with. I believe in caring for each person as a whole person."
