History

What started as a small catering on the side between restaurant shifts has slowly grown into a premier food stop for any Detroiter. It slowly grew into a full service catering and from there the food truck was born. A part of multiple food trucks launched by Chef Omar Anani a Michigan Native who wanted to take back the streets of Detroit one sandwich at a time.

Specialties

We are Detroit's first Farm to Table Truck specializing in modern Mediterranean food. All meats are locally sourced, hormone and antibiotic free, and our truck is Halal.

Have been eating here over and over again. Shwarma is super highly recommended. New item on their menu is tempura fried giant white elm mushrooms with horseradish aioli-absolutely divine.
