What started as a small catering on the side between restaurant shifts has slowly grown into a premier food stop for any Detroiter. It slowly grew into a full service catering and from there the food truck was born. A part of multiple food trucks launched by Chef Omar Anani a Michigan Native who wanted to take back the streets of Detroit one sandwich at a time.
We are Detroit's first Farm to Table Truck specializing in modern Mediterranean food. All meats are locally sourced, hormone and antibiotic free, and our truck is Halal.
