Very rude to customers!!!! I wasn't even able to sit down before the lady started to say her chairs were not able to support my weight and she didn't want her chair broke. Horrible customer...

The husband is rude, mean and aggressive. He explodes into anger, yelling at customers and his wife. I will not return. Unprofessional. Poor customer service.

I asked for active nails showed him how short he kept filing till I had no nails said something to him he said they will grow back and he would do better next time! I will never go back!

I went in to get a soak off expecting it to be 5 or 10$. They have no menus up on the wall telling prices. She didn't even shape my nails and she hurt me twice with the drill. But 20$ for a soak...
