PREDATORY, AVOID. They raised my monthly charge by $40 after 3 months. They will hook you with a lower rate then raise it by 25% when you're moved in and moving out will be difficult. My parents...

They increased the rates from $35 to $70 to $96 within 6 months!! You can never get carts, the elevators are not working, parking is an issue and the entry gate is broken.

Easy contactless process - for setup and service - no real problems need access to a cart for easy transporting of items to unit on 3rd floor large , clean facility
