POOR SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Very slow. I had to call to check order status as the furniture was already a week late. Schedule first appointment and they did not show (NO call - No show)....

Very unprofession. Slow delivery, evasive with questions. Would not give me supervisor's name. Rude. If you can avoid, do so. They are the worst!!

NO CALL!!! I was promised a call with a 4 hour window for delivery time the day before the scheduled delivery. NO CALL. I tried to call Protege and thier mail box was full.

NO SHOW...NO CALL!!! ??????? Called the office... voice message said that "you can leave a message"...but the voice mailbox was FULL!! Called again in the a.m. They did not sound too...
