Founded in 1981 by Dr. Samuel LaValley, Polzin & LaValley Family Dentistry offers complete dental care to families from Menominee, MI, and surrounding communities. Polzin is a good dentist. Her receptionist is rude and condescending. She needs to learn how to treat people. If not for the receptionist, I would give five stars.
