Wonderful park with a pond and a spring for nature discovery. Loads of play equipment and picnic tables, with clean restrooms nearby. Our favorite spot!

Also known as "McClumpha Park," given its location at the intersection of Ann Arbor Trail and McClumpha Road, the Township Park of Plymouth, Michigan, is 80 acres of well-maintained walking paths, jungle gyms and gathering spaces. A favorite local spot for birthday parties, barbecues and just hanging out, Plymouth Township Park is the largest park in Plymouth and one of the best outdoor spaces in the area.
Parking and Public Transportation at Plymouth Township Park
There's a large parking lot just after you turn into the park; unless there's a large community event the day you visit, you should have an issue finding a parking spot.
There are no public transportation options in Plymouth, though local cabs are available by request.
Admission to Plymouth Township Park
Admission is free, though if you want to host a party in one of the four covered spaces, you'll need to apply for a reservation at the Division of Public Services and pay the associated fees (payable by check, cash or money order.) Refer to the park's website for up-to-date fee costs.
Must See/Do at Plymouth Township Park
The SprayScape water feature is a great play area for kids, as well as the enormous and varied PlayScape area. For a relaxing afternoon, bring your fishing rod to the fishing pond, or increase your adrenaline at one of the four baseball diamonds. Fun fact: the Rockwell Sculptures near the SprayScape were designed by Norman Rockwell's son, Peter Rockwell.

Kellogg Park in downtown Plymouth is the epicenter of the restaurant, shopping, and festival culture of the town. Catch a discount second-run movie at the Penn Theatre while you're there.
