First of all, we ordered online as they require, and were told to come and get the food at 5 pm. We arrived at 5 and they said it would be 40 minutes more!! I've seen other reviews complain about...

Ordered online, once order was placed they said it would be ready for pick up in 25 minutes. Arrive at scheduled pick up time, store full of people waiting, some had been there over an hour...

Good food but they make you order online. Tell you it's 20 minutes and then when you show up they have 30 orders that haven't even been started in front of you. Definitely not the brightest...
