Nice brisket but none of the sides are good. Hard beans, bland potatoe salad, are a few examples.

Grading on a curve for a small town, I'll say 4 stars. The flavors are very good, the cuts of meat for the brisket and pulled pork were "ok." I wouldn't compare it to my favorite downstate bbq...
