Pierce Medical went out of their way to deliver a neck brace for my co-worker's husband since he can't drive (because of medication from the surgery) and she is working during their open hours....

I have never received such horrible service anywhere in my life. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else. I NEVER received my supplies when I was supposed to and my bill was wrong multiple...

Went there to pick up my blood test strips which I do every month at the end of the month. Well I drove 20 miles for them to tell me that they have none & I have to check back 2 days later....

Do not provide instructions on their products. Actually sent us a faulty oxygen unit that broke mid flight.
