History
I have worked in the fitness industry for over 25 years. After suffering with constant low-grade neck and back pain from a car accident for many, many years, I discovered how Pilates could make a body pain free! Now Pilates is my passion. I believe SO much in the strengthening & healing powers of Pilates, that I incorporate them into all the disciplines I teach. I have worked very diligently to obtain the very best kind of training from the industry's top educators, the top rated equipment and apparatus, and to create a warm, aesthetically pleasing environment in which to hold small group classes in my home studio. My philosophy as an instructor is to be in the moment 100% of the time so as to give each student my full attention so they feel like they've had a personal training session, yet experienced a group class.

We are a Pilates and Fitness studio offering small group Pilates classes for a personal training feel. Lengthen, tone, stretch and align imbalances throughout your entire body with a highly focused total-body workout! Our Pilates Classes include: Reformer/Trapeze, Bodhi Suspension System, Exo Chair, Cardio Circuit Pilates, Balanced Body Barre and Pilates Mat with Toys. Our Fitness Classes include: Barre, Strength Training, Yoga, and specialty classes such as Melt Method, PFilates and Pai Da. With a background in rehabilitation, we also offer Private Sessions to help strengthen the body to be able to attend group classes. We welcome physical abilities of all levels: Athlete, Fitness Enthusiast, Beginner, Senior, Pregnancy, Post Rehab, Post Surgery, Pre-Surgery and Injured. I have worked with clients of all abilities and feel confident that I can teach you how Pilates will enhance your life!
