This is was our favorite Panera but lately it has been so cold it drives us out. Why is the a/c on when it is 39 degrees outside? This Panera has better attention to detail than all the others....

Popped in for an afternoon bagel pick up for the following day. Literally waited at the counter for five minutes and no one came to take my order so I left. This place has employees right?

Coffee isn't bad here. Smaller Panera, but they do have a fireplace at least. Good spot for a coffee and to wait for an appointment at the bank for a notary.

Awful service here. I have waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order that was ready. Today, 2 bottles of iced tea in the bag on top of a bag of chips and a cookie. Food ok, service...
