Sat in the drive through for 20 mins with no service. Preordered my food and everything. Food was cold coming out of the window.

Just another Panera. But a general statement upon Panera Bread is that they have raised their prices too much for what they offer. They also offer less pastry selections than in the past.

Found a piece of what looks to be from a plastic bag in my soup. Would not eat at this location again. Food was as expected

One word to describe this location- dirty! The employees are unsanitary in their handling regarding food, a profound example is a lack of hairnets. The restrooms are god awful, always leaking...
