Sat in the drive through for 20 mins with no service. Preordered my food and everything. Food was cold coming out of the window.

Just another Panera. But a general statement upon Panera Bread is that they have raised their prices too much for what they offer. They also offer less pastry selections than in the past.

Found a piece of what looks to be from a plastic bag in my soup. Would not eat at this location again. Food was as expected

Had the French onion soup and half sandwich. Food was hot and delicious Service was quick and everyone was really helpful
