The new Almond pastry, and the new Cherry pastry, are dry and tasteless, the Pecan Braid also dry and over glazed. Not the quality Panera has had. Panera seems to be looking for change,...

The customer service was extremely poor and unhelpful. The manager on duty was particularly rude.
