We love Panera Bread. I love the Wild Rice Soup, and the Green Goddess Cobb which is delicious. I usually get the deli sandwiches all the time, but i was compelled to try something different...

The customer service was extremely poor and unhelpful. The manager on duty was particularly rude.

They got my order wrong and had the nerve to say "we didn't charge you for that remake". Then they proceeded to give me attitude over the $3 difference that I respectfully asked for back!
