Pancheros Mexican Grill

Pancheros was my go-to late night meal when I was in college. We don't have any locations in the Grand Rapids area, so I decided to stop in here on my drive back from the East side of the state...

The food here wasn't entirely terrible, but the staff was another thing. Some staff showed great characters, whilst others (ab employee that was skinny, tall, Caucasia, and often wears an MSU hat)...

Dirty isn't even the right word. Floor was liter along with the counters, finger print doors and glass, and that sludgy feel. The restaurant was like a playground with teenagers at a noise level...

Good food. Love their burritos and bowls. A very clean place and staff is alright too.

People really eat here more than once? How is this place still in business? The people working were very nice. But....The cheese sauce was actually mixed with that fake cheese that gets hard...
