OPINUPwas originally founded on June 7, 2007 as an internet based organization to connect individuals with resources and information for various challenges they were facing in their life. The response from the public was that they would prefer to meet in small groups with others who had the same or similar issues. A few years later, we were able to acquire a small space just big enough to facilitate small group meetings. Our company is based on the belief that every individuals emotional and mental needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs and providing resources and referrals to aid you in your development. As a result, a high percentage of our appointments are from individuals who have received positive assistance from us and referrals. Our hope is to empower Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing and Deaf/Blind, through counseling services and sessions at a safe space positive changes can begin.
