This is my role as a Pinnacle Business Guide.At the heart of my work with Leadership Teams is guiding the implementation of tools and processes to create a business operating system that works for the team and the business. This starts with getting a clear sense of the people in the business through a simple but powerful talent assessment. Together, we clarify the purpose of the business, create the playbooks so that processes are known, transparent and scalable. In addition, we identify the metrics that will tell us if the team and company performance is on track.Coaching for executive leaders and business owners is tailored to the specific needs of the leader. My role as guide is to be a thought partner. A leader may want to focus on personal growth or target goals for the company. We make sure vision is aligned with what is really important and develop a plan for execution to reach the goals.Whether partnering with a Leadership Team or with a Business Leader my goal is the same. I provide singular focus on what matters for that team and leader. With over 25 years and more than 15,000 hours of face to face work with clients, I have learned that people primarily want to be understood. They deserve to work for a great leader and they want to know that their work is meaningful. My passion is guiding leaders and teams to reach that pinnacle.
